Beginner to IntermediateAll ages, Women, Men, Teenagers

  • Based on your experience and level of fitness, you do what you can and at your own pace.
  • Wear comfortable clothing, preferably clothing that is not too loose but enables you to move freely and allows the teacher to observe physical alignment and actions in the body.
  • Yoga is practised barefoot for stability and balance which allows for all the muscles in the feet to strengthen and stretch.
  • An empty stomach is recommended.
  • Please refrain from wearing perfume when coming to class.
  • Please inform the teacher before a class of any injuries or health conditions, as variations of certain postures may be more suitable.
  • Please bring along your own yoga mat
  • Bring along a small face towel and small bottle of water.
  • Toilet facilities are available.
  • Please do not attend class if you are feeling ill, have a cold, temperature or flu.

If you have any pre-existing conditions, injuries or have had a recent surgery, please consult your physician and seek consent where necessary, before starting your yoga practice.

I do not teach pre-natal yoga classes.
